The ideal site for this offer will:
- Demonstrate a passion for using data to drive performance
- Demonstrate a commitment to implementing change
- Build LineView use into day-to-day management practices
- Use the system to drive improvement activity
- Be UK based (although you can be part of a global business) and preferably within 3 hours of Birmingham
- Provide 1 or 2 desktop PCs to run the system
- Provide an ethernet production network for collecting the data (we can help you install and configure this if you want)
- Provide resource for creating signals for LineView (we can help you with this if you want)
- Provide an ADSL/VPN connection to enable remote access to the system
- Be happy having the journey published as a case study (with no confidential information about manufacturing process)
