What is the offer

From OptimumFX:

• OptimumFX will provide you with a LineView Lite installation to the value of approx £50,000 including licence and installation costs.
• If you have lines of >6 machines we will install 1 LineView Lite on a line that we jointly agree is the best fit.
• If you have lines with <5 machines we will install LineView Lite on 2 of your lines which we jointly agree are the best fit.
• OptimumFX will provide the system, install it, and help you to use it. You must provide the hardware, the signals, and commit to using the system.
• The trial will be for 6 months from the day that the installation snag list is signed off.
• During the trial OptimumFX time will be available at a substantially reduced rate.
• At the end of the trial the system will be available to buy/upgrade/roll out at reduced cost to standard pricing.

From Cranfield School of Management:

• The Best Factory Team intend to write a case study on "Using data to drive OEE improvement" based on your improvement journey.
• The Best Factory Team will help audit your site at the start of the journey. This audit is completely free and will provide invaluable feedback on your management practices and performance.
• The team will visit you after 3 months for 1 day and provide feedback on your progress.
• The team will visit you at the end of the project to document your improvements and write a case study on the journey you've been through.
